AND SOCK factory is one of the important socks manufacturers of Turkey, located in Istanbul-Esenyurt and producing from baby to male sizes.
Our company, which has nearly 30 years of experience in the sector, has started to export its products since 1998 and today exports its entire production capacity, which is 30 million pairs per year, abroad. We do all of the knitting, toe stitching, washing, ironing and packaging in our 7000m2 factory with the latest technology machines.

PRODUCTION STAGES
AND Socks Production Stages
We purchase yarn according to the design of the socks and the needs of our customers. When ordering yarn, the two most important things evaluated by our experts are color and composition.
After choosing the right type of yarn for our custom socks design, socks production starts with the socks knitting project. A perfect production phase with programmed codes and thousands of needles, interlocking loops
All parts come out of the machine in the form of finished tubes. The biggest advantage of this is that the finished socks have the least number of stitches. This provides a more comfortable sock experience.
Once the yarn is ready, the dyeing process begins with the customer's pantone color. Standard colors are available, but our experts can also develop new colors according to our customers' choice.
After washing and drying, the socks go to the ironing and matching area. Here, the socks are pulled into the jerseys and here they are brought to the desired shape and size.
After the production and packaging of the socks, the final product is sent to the warehouse where it can be safely stored before being transported. We make sure that the final product reaches the destination on time.
